Shipping Policy
How will my product be shipped?
We ship all of our products using the Australian Postal System. Upon checkout, you can choose between regular Economy Shipping and faster Priority Shipping.
If you need your products to arrive even faster, we can ship using DHL – please send us an email to receive a quote: Shweta@nomadbyheart.com

How much will it cost to ship my product?
Within Australian: shipping and returns within Australian are FREE
Internationally: For all other international orders the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment. All final shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. At the checkout, you can also choose between Economy Shipping and Priority Shipping. We will ship International orders of more than AUD 150 for FREE.

Return & Exchange Policy
Before you buy a product from Nomad, we need to tell you that the whole process of making a product is done by hand so irregular stitching, flaws in printing and weaving are not defects but the beauty of a handmade, and a hand-printed product of Nomad. The reason we upload videos and pictures of our process is that we want you to see the efforts and love we put into making our products but we are open for feedback at the same time. This is the reason we need 3-4 days to check a product for quality before sending out to you but still, we accept returns for all genuine reasons like the wrong size sent to you, serious defects in the product like a cut or bad stains.

We request you to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.

​You can also get an item in exchange for your return. Shipping will be free on the exchange items. Shipping for sending the returned item to us will be borne by you. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving an item from you.

Please remember, all items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, undamaged, or unmodified in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, if any, still attached.
