Is product looks faulty?

Before you buy a product from Nomad, we need to tell you that the whole process of making a product is done by hand so irregular stitching, flaws in printing and weaving are not defects but the beauty of handmade, and hand-printed product of Nomad. The reason we upload videos and pictures of our workshop is we want you to see the efforts and love we put into making our products but we are open for feedback at the same time. we do take 3-4 days to check a product for quality before sending out to you but still, we accept returns for all genuine reasons like the wrong size sent to you, serious defects in the product like a cut or bad stains.

Can I cancel my order?
For cancellation of the order, kindly inform us within 24hours through email. For any other question regarding your order, you can write to us at iinfo@nomadbyheartinterior.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I wash my Nomad products?
We recommend washing in cold water either by hand or on the gentlest cycle setting in a machine with gentle, pH-neutral soap. Please note that some natural dyes, especially indigo and pinks, will bleed the first few washings, so we recommend washing alone or with like colors. Air dry flat, iron if desired.

Will my Nomad cushion look exactly like the one I saw online?
Because of the nature of our natural dyes and the hand block printing process, color and pattern variations are to be expected and celebrated. This is why we love our product: no two textiles are exactly alike, and each cushion has been lovingly and carefully made from start to finish by an entire community of specialized artisans.
Please note that some dyes are slightly stiffer upon receipt, but will soften after a few washes.
